1. Introduction Welcome to Happy Hearts Family Care. These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our daycare services and facilities, and are intended to protect both the service provider and the clients. By enrolling your child at our daycare, you agree to these Terms as laid out below.

2. Services Provided Happy Hearts Family Care offers daycare services for pre-school babies and toddlers, including specialized overnight care. We provide a nurturing environment designed to foster growth and development through structured play, learning activities, and rest.

3. Enrollment and Admissions

Enrollment at Happy Hearts Family Care is subject to availability and compliance with our admission criteria.
Parents are required to complete all enrollment forms and provide accurate and current information regarding their child’s health and any special needs.
A non-refundable registration fee is required at the time of enrollment.

4. Fees and Payments

Tuition fees are due on the first day of each month. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Fees are calculated on a monthly basis and are not reduced for short months or absences due to illness or holidays.

5. Health and Safety

Children must have up-to-date immunizations as required by state law to enroll.
Parents must notify the center if the child or anyone in the household contracts a communicable disease.
Happy Hearts Family Care follows strict health protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for all children.

6. Parental Responsibilities

Parents are expected to inform the daycare of any changes in contact information, health status, or other pertinent information regarding their child.
Parents must pick up their children on time. A late pick-up fee may apply.

7. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate care services with written notice. Specific terms regarding notice period and any related fees will be specified in the enrollment agreement.

8. Liability

Happy Hearts Family Care will exercise the highest degree of care, but it cannot be held liable for incidents that are beyond reasonable control, such as injuries resulting from normal play activities.
Parents are required to sign a liability waiver upon enrollment.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Happy Hearts Family Care reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated terms on our website.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the The State of California.
